Cause of Death.
We have no information at the moment on what caused the death of Bill Wisener. This post will be updated as soon as we have that information.
The following are some tributes posted on social media to honor the life and the legacy of the deceased.
I was in 8th grade when Bill’s opened. I would hang out there after school and we would talk Beatles for hours. Knowing I would soon show up, he would hold rare Beatles LPs and give a chance to pick them up before he put them on the shelf.
What a drag it is getting old.

So grateful to have been able to meet Bill Wisener years ago and walk his store and hear his passion in every word, feel his love for music in every square inch of Bill’s Records. https://t.co/sIDa16cQYa

We are barely a week into the new year and we are already losing people. Just found out that Bill Wisener from Bill’s Records passed away. He was a big influence on my record collecting back in the 80’s and I found some rare stuff at his store. We lost a Dallas icon in music.
