Los Angeles (Market News) : Authorities have identified the body of a woman found wrapped in cardboard, plastic wrap, and duct tape inside of an abandoned U-Haul at a Fullerton storage facility .
The deceased was confirmed to be missing 29 year old Ashley Manning of Anaheim, who was reported missing since November last year by her family.
She flew to Los Angeles on November 13th 2019 from Dallas Texas, but was never seen again according to a facebook post by her sister calling on the general public to help find her.
“We have confirmation that she made it to LAX and are working with police to pull video footage to see what care she got into (and) run license plates,” Taylor Manning wrote in her Facebook post. According to a report by CBS News Los Angeles.

On January 8th, the Fullerton Police department was notified of a strange smelling truck parked near the 2200 block of East Orangethorpe Avenue.
The person who rented the truck in Anaheim, California never returned it. Uhaul was notified of the truck on a street in Fullerton and it was then returned to their facility in Fullerton .
The company location at Fullerton then did an inventory of the truck to know what’s inside smelling like a decomposed body, and to their surprise they found out it was indeed a decomposed body of a woman.

The body was later taken to a crime lab along with the truck.
Cause of Death:
The Fullerton police said “We are not calling it a homicide yet,” “It’s obviously a suspicious death, and the circumstances in which the body was found are certainly suspicious, but we’re going to treat it as if it could.
